I’m 39 now, and have found that mobility nightly has help me relax and have a much better sleep nightly. When I found you, I really enjoyed your energy and your style was unique and the moves hit all the sore spots. Your weighted mobility is phenomenal. I love your full body workouts. I’d really loved to see some upper and lower body workouts. I’d be very intrigued with those. Thank you so much for your free content. I know a few people I do follow and have done many programs with them, but one moved to an app. I just can’t justify enough to actually pay for app. Post Covid, with the cost of living that increased, any free content is loved by me. ❤️
Maybe, dear Julie, you might try in yr workouts songs of Empire of the sun, Pnau, Poolside (Harvest moon). It suddenly came to mind these musicians and their styles, since i like and have been listening to their music for long time now. Sure thing, there are tons of good music to fit yr awesome WOs. Anyhow, have a good day 🙃
It is really confusing to do mobility without breaks. Even if I know all the moves, I need a little bit of time to get into the movement, because I don't want to rush and sacrifice quality.
